Please note that once your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. If you prefer added security, you can select the “signature required” option at checkout.
Delivery Time: Orders within California are typically delivered within 2-4 business days from the date of shipment.
Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.
Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery Time: For orders outside of California but within the USA, expect delivery within 4-7 business days from the date of shipment.

RETURN
Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your shipment. To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:
• Complete a return form before sending your items back to us.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached. This includes any accessories, dust bags, and other packaging materials.
• Once your return is authorized, we must receive the item within 7 days. Returns received after this period will incur a 15% restocking fee and will be issued store credit only.
Please note: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
You have two options when returning items:
1. Opt for store credit, and your return labels are free of charge.
2. If you prefer a refund, a $9 return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Ensure your return is sent promptly after authorization. Items returned without prior authorization or those not received within one week of approval will not be accepted. Orders over $1000 that are returned are subject to a restocking fee.

Please login in to your customer account using the email you used to place the order.
You will then have access to request a return.
All requests must be submitted within the 7 days of delivery or they will not be accepted. No exceptions.
